4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and branding on Quick Rome are the property of Kreative Smart Studio unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without prior written permission. All images used on this platform are sourced under free copyright licenses from platforms such as Pexels.com, Unsplash.com, and other royalty-free providers. These images remain the property of their respective creators and are used in accordance with each platform's license terms.

5. User Conduct

6. Smart Planner & Data Privacy

The Smart Planner and Favorites features store your itinerary, preferences, and selected places locally in your browser (localStorage). No personal data is collected, transmitted to, or stored on our servers through these features. Quick Rome does not track, profile, or identify individual users through the Smart Planner. Clearing your browser data will remove all locally saved planner data and favorites.

7. Third-Party Links & Maps

Quick Rome may include links to third-party services such as Google Maps, external booking platforms, or tour operators. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. These links are provided as a convenience only.

8. Donations

Donations made through Quick Rome are processed via Revolut (revolut.me/chrispanea), a third-party payment platform. Kreative Smart Studio does not store any payment information. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. By donating, you agree to Revolut's own terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quick Rome is provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreative Smart Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quick Rome, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform.
